中国房价行情网数据发现，共有50个城市房价低于每平方米5000元，这些城市主要位于东北、西北和西南，中部也有多城入围，东部沿海的城市全部高于每平方米5000元。

The ten cities (prefectures) with the lowest housing prices are Hegang, Shuangyashan, Shizuishan, Qitaihe, Zhangye, Bozhou, Tieling, Shuozhou, Fuxin, and Jinchang. Among them, the housing prices in the first 9 cities are lower than 4000 yuan per square meter.
