按照地方传统,基本上是南方吃汤圆、北方吃元宵。然而,汤圆不等于元宵,它们是有很大差别的,你知道吗?

首先,如果能够接受咸口的汤圆(这个真的是看地域的),当然优先选择。因为除了含钠太高之外,鲜肉汤圆是所有口味中碳水化合物最少、蛋白含量最好的的,甚至脂肪含量还比甜口的略低。肉馅儿汤圆,汤中煮点绿叶蔬菜、虾皮、香菇,都是不错的选择。
