日本通过法案：新冠疫苗接种费用由国家承担

海外网12月2日电据日本时事通信社报道，日本参议院2日召开会议，会上一致通过《预防接种法》修正案，内容包括国民接种新冠疫苗的费用由国家承担，并力争早期推进接种工作。

此项法案旨在推动日本疫苗接种免费化。相关费用由国家全额负担，实施主体为日本市、町、村。如果接种后产生健康问题，国家将与制药公司方面达成协议，由后者代为赔偿。政府在事后对制药公司损失予以补贴。

The bill aims to promote free vaccination in Japan. The relevant costs are fully borne by the state, and the implementation subjects are Japanese cities, towns and villages. If there are health problems after vaccination, the state will reach an agreement with the pharmaceutical companies, and the latter will make compensation on behalf of them. The government subsidizes pharmaceutical companies' losses afterwards.

根据该法案，日本国民原则上有义务接种疫苗，但如果疫苗有效性和安全性无法保障，则没有义务。

According to the act, Japanese citizens are obliged to vaccinate in principle, but not if the effectiveness and safety of vaccines cannot be guaranteed.
